As a rule we are not going to charge you an hourly rate to talk to us about your marketing and web needs. So lets look at the following steps which do involve a fee, but I think you'll agree a very affordable one at that. Step 3. Performing data analysis Step 6. Reporting and presentation Executive summary Detailed reporting Online reporting or Formal presentation For relatively simple surveys that include up to 10 questions, mostly multiple choice the cost is $99 per survey including all of the above. For more complex surveys that involve 10 or more questions, including multiple choice and descriptive questions the cost is $150 - 200 per survey including all of the above.
Advertising: Print versus Web With the explosion of web based advertising and email, many marketers and agencies have moved away from the more traditional print advertising, however a study conducted among business decision-makers in the United States showed that the majority of the 600+ respondents stated that they still prefer print as the source to find out about new products and services. It was felt by many of the participants that print trade publications were the vechicles of choice when it came to creating greater awareness for a product or service. Online advertising was judged as less credible and persuasive than its traditional print counterpart, so if the primary purpose of advertising is to create awareness, then print is still considered to be the king. Another trend the research results point out is that the influence of advertising in a purchase decision still gives the edge to print, yet the internet is growing as an area where business people seek out detailed information. The web has an advantage in its depth and richness of content, such as the ability to convey more of the technical specifications and engineering details that cannot be conveyed in a standard print ad. The web also has the advantage of being more immediate in ascertaining response times for information requests compared to print media which is usually measured from one to three days. In the present email-driven world you can pretty much respond to a print advertisement straight away. Many people also turn to the web more and more to research product information. A trend was noted that when making a purchasing decision, more people are gathering specifi c product information from web-based sources. At Select Marketing and Web Solutions there is no one or the other, we feel that adopting a model that involves both print and web will create a more dynamic product. What this research has shown is that the world of business-to-business marketing and communications is indeed changing but not to the exclusion of print publications. These publications can be used to serve as a foundation for creating awareness of products and services as well as a way of building web site traffic. A print ad should no longer stand alone, there has to be an accompanying web presence sharing the same graphic appearance as the associated print work and must be action-orientated. Print Advertising Materials Quality print ad designs are $40 per hour for both Magazine and Newspapers Sizes include Full page, Two page spread, 1/2 page (vertical or horizontal) and 1/4 page
Other ad sizes are available. Cost does not include ad placement as this depends on the particular publication requirments and assoicated costs. Quotes will be provided on these, as well as printing and distribution costs of direct mail materials and leaflets. |
